לראשונה , ייבחנו מחר , ג , מועמדים להוראה במגזר הערבי בבחינת ידע ומיון בשפה הערבית . משרד החינוך החל בתהליך שינוי במיון מורים לעסוק בהוראה במגזר הערבי באמצעות מתן משקל גבוה למרכיבים האיכותיים . שינוי זה יאפשר את שיפור איכות המורים וההוראה וכן יתרום באופן משמעותי לקידום ההישגים הלימודיים של תלמידי המגזר הערבי

כלים

השינוי שמוביל המשרד הוא הענקת משקל גבוה לשקלול כלל המרכיבים למעבר מבחן שפה ולהישגים אקדמיים גבוהים . במשרד מציינים , כי כל מועמד שיעבור את הבחינה בהצלחה יזכה לתוספת של 15 נקודות ומועמד אשר יחליט לוותר על ביצוע הבחינה הזאת לא ייהנה מתוספת הניקוד אשר תינתן למועמדים הנבחנים .

על פי נתוני משרד החינוך יש כ- 6,500 מועמדים לעסוק בהוראה במגזר הערבי , בעוד שהצורך עומד על היקף של כ- 1,500 מורים . הנתונים מציגים את הביקוש הרב אל מול ההיצע, דבר המאפשר מיון מועמדים לעסוק בהוראה. דיון שהתקיים היום קיבל בג"ץ את מדיניות המשרד ואישר את קיומה של הבחינה הקבועה למחר.

הבחינה בערבית תתקיים מחר החל משעה 11:00 בבוקר . המועמדים ייבחנו ב-30 מרכזים ב רחבי הארץ משרד החינוך יפתח מחר חדר מצב בין השעות 09:00- 15:00 לצורך מתן תמיכה וייעוץ תשובות.
