​אדם מבקש לערוך צוואה ולהוריש בה רכוש וממון רב לבנו הקטן המאובחן עם אוטיזם, אך הוא אינו יודע מה תהיה מידת עצמאותו בעתיד והאם יוכל לנהל כספים. אז מהו הכלי המשפטי הנכון ביותר להוריש באמצעותו כספים עבור יורש שאינו כשיר משפטית? ​מוסד הנאמנות במסגרת צוואה מזוהה עם אינטראקציות כלכליות מורכבות, העברות כספים בין דוריות ושמירת כספים בתוך המשפחה. כשמדובר בילדים עם צרכים מיוחדים או פסולי דין קיימת נטייה להורות על מינוי אפוטרופוס במסגרת צוואה שיטפל גם בנושאים הכלכליים של אותו חסוי או פסול דין.

מאבק ירושה מכוער על עזבונו של פסל מפורסם, מתנהל בימים אלה בבית המשפט לענייני משפחה באשדוד. המאבק מתנהל בין שני אחיו של הפסל המפורסם לבין גרושתו, ובמרכזו עומדת צוואתו של הפסל, שעל אמינותה ערערה הגרושה. לדברי עו"ד יעל שמואלי, המייצגת את שני אחיו של הפסל שהלך לעולמו בטרם עת, חשש הפסל מהתרחיש בו גרושתו תנסה להשתלט על רכושו, בהכירו, לדבריה, "את אופיה הבזבזני וסגנון חייה הראוותני", ועל כן ניסח צוואה בה הוא מוריש את כל רכושו והונו לילדיו הקטינים
