'כנס רמלה בין ישראל לעמים' ה5 יתקיים ביום ראשון כג' בניסן ה-15/4/12 ויעסוק במדיניות ההגירה. חברי כנסת, שרים, רבנים אישי ציבור אנשי מקצוע ואקדמיה ידונו בשאלות ובסוגיות: השלכות המסתננים על החברה והמדינה והאם ישראל ערוכה לקליטת הגירה?

במסגרת כנס רמלה – בין ישראל לעמים ה- 4 שהתקיים היום (ג') ודן בסוגיית הריבונות היהודית על קרקעות המדינה אמר הרב דב ליאור רבה של קריית ארבע חברון כי הפיתרון ל"בעיה הבדואית בנגב ובגליל" הינה השבתם לארץ מוצאם: "יש לטפח את התמריצים, אפילו בכסף ולעודד את השבתם לארצות מוצאם- היום יש הרבה שטחים בערב הסעודית, יש גם בלוב כמה שטחים וכמה מקומות. להם יש מספיק שטחים"

3. הרב אליהו על מכתב הרבנים: "הערבים אוכלים עוד שכונה ועוד שכונה, ואני צריך לתת דין וחשבון לעיתונות?"

במסגרת כנס רמלה – בין ישראל לעמים ה- 4 שהתקיים היום (ג') ודן בסוגיית הריבונות היהודית על קרקעות המדינה התייחס הרב שמואל אליהו לפסק ההלכה נגד השכרת ומכירת דירות לנוכרים: "אני יכול לומר שאני גאה בציבור. בצפת פסק ההלכה עבד! ברוך ה' בצפת לא מוכרים אדמות לנוכרים. וגם לא שוכרים ולא מוכרים דירות."

בעקבות מכתב הרבנים והמאבקים בערים המעורבות, יתכנסו ראש עיריית עכו, ראש עיריית צפת, ראש עיריית נצרת עילית, ראש עיריית לוד לשעבר וראש עיריית רמלה וידונו בעתידן היהודי של הערים המעורבות בישראל במסגרת כנס רמלה ה-4. במקביל, בכירי רבני הציונות הדתית הרב שמואל אליהו – רבה של צפת הרב דב ליאור- רבה של קריית ארבע חברון והרב יעקב אריאל- רב העיר רמת גן ידונו בהשלכות מכתב הרבנים ובדרכים לשמור על אופיין היהודי של ערי ישראל
