הפרעת קשב, ריכוז והיפראקטיביות, או בקיצור הפרעת קשב (המוכרת כ-ADHD, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), היא הפרעה נוירו-התפתחותית שתסמיני הליבה שלה הם: קשיי קשב וקשיי ריכוז, היפראקטיביות (פעלתנות יתר) ואימפולסיביות. עם זאת, לא כל התסמינים חייבים להופיע כדי לענות על הקריטריונים של אבחנת הפרעת קשב, שהינה שכיחה וקיימת בקרב כ-5%-10% מהאוכלוסייה, בכל שכבות הגיל. הפרעת קשב יכולה לבוא לידי ביטוי בכל תחומי החיים ועלולה להפריע בלמידה, בעבודה, ביחסים בין-אישיים ובפעילויות הטיפול העצמי.
