ביהמ"ש העליון החליט: ראש הממשלה יידרש להשיב ל "בג"צ ההמונים" בפרשת הצוללות וכלי השיט עד ל - 1.3 ח"כ אראל מרגלית: "החלטה שמעבירה מסר ברור ליועמ"ש. הגיע הזמן לעבור מ"בדיקה" לחקירה. נמשיך לפזר את מסך העשן מעל שחיתות נתניהו״ ביהמ"ש קבע כי ב- 8.3 יקיים דיון ראשון בעתירתם של ח"כ אראל מרגלית, עו"ד אלדד יניב ו-19,083 אזרחים נוספים, הדורשת להפוך את "בדיקת" פרשת כלי השייט והצוללות לחקירה פלילית.

משרד הביטחון וצה"ל קיבלו לידיהם את צוללת הדולפין הרביעית של חיל הים בטקס שנערך לפני זמן קצר בגרמניה, במעמד מנכ"ל משרד הביטחון ומפקד חיל הים. בטקס שהתקיים היום לפני זמן קצר במספנה בעיר קיל הסמוכה להמבורג, גרמניה, קיבלה מדינת ישראל לידיה את צוללת ה"דולפין" 'אח"י תנין', שהועברה רשמית לידי משרד הביטחון וחיל הים הישראלי, ותגיע לישראל במהלך 2013. שר הביטחון, אהוד ברק, ברך את אנשי משרד הביטחון וצה״ל ואמר: "הצוללת תהיה מכפיל כוח נוסף ליכולותיו של צה״ל ולעוצמתה של מדינת ישראל״
