פלישה בצומת אדמית שבגליל המערבי פונתה במסגרת פעילות אכיפה של מפקחי החטיבה לשמירת הקרקע ברשות מקרקעי ישראל (רמ"י) והסיירת הירוקה, הקיוסק שהוצב בצורה בלתי חוקית על אדמת מדינה המיועדת לחקלאות פונה בהליך אכיפה מהיר.

מזנון בלתי חוקי שהוצב בניגוד לחוק על אדמות מדינה בשטח של 100 מ"ר, בכניסה למחנה מז"י סמוך לקרית מלאכי, פונה בפעולת אכיפה של מפקחי רשות מקרקעי ישראל (רמ"י) והסיירת הירוקה.

מפקחי החטיבה לשמירת הקרקע ברשות מקרקעי ישראל, משרד הפנים והסיירת הירוקה בסיוע כוחות משטרה מיחידת יואב ביצעו השבוע מבצע אכיפה מרוכז בנגב, במסגרתו נהרסו ופונו 12 מבנים בלתי חוקיים וניסיונות לפלישה אל אדמות מדינה שאותרו ברחבי הנגב. אחד ממסיגי הגבול שהפעיל קיוסק בלתי חוקי במיניבוס ליד הישוב אלסייד העדיף לפנות את הקרקע בעצמו כדי להימנע מתביעות כספיות על עלויות הפינוי
