hilel_winesלאחר מאות שנים בהם יין הקידוש לא שינה את צורתו וטעמו, החליט יקב ארזה, יקב ותיק באיזור ירושלים, ביחד עם פיליפ ליכטנשטיין, יינן צרפתי שהתעסק רוב שנותיו בייצור יין איכות, שהגיע הזמן לשינוי. לקראת החגים השיקו יקב ארזה והיינן פיליפ ליכטנשטיין סדרה של יינות חדשים במותג הלל: הלל 2010, הלל קלאסי והלל מעודן

wineמשפחת שור, הבעלים של יקב ארזה, חנכו את בני הדור ה-9, והכניסו אותם לתעשיית היין, ביום נטיעות מיוחד שערך היקב במושב לכיש. בחלקה מובחרת שנבחרה במיוחד, נטעו בני משפחת שור כרם מזן איכותי של ענבי קברנה סוביניון. מנהל השיווק של היקב, אחלנן שור, רתם למשימה את שלושת ילדיו, דניאל שי והלל, ששמחו לוותר על יום בקייטנה לטובת התגייסות עבור העסק המשפחתי
