שמגר: "יש לפעול לקידום שוויון מגדרי בשוק העבודה בישראל, ואם אנו הנשים לא נקדם את עצמנו, אף אחד לא יעשה זאת במקומנו".

יו"ר פורום נשים בהתאחדות התעשיינים: "יש לקדם שוויון מגדרי בשוק העבודה בישראל" - יו"ר פורום הנשים של התאחדות התעשיינים, התעשיינית מור שמגר, ערכה השבוע פאנל של תעשייניות ויזמיות בכירות, אשר סיפרו כיצד הן הצליחו לקדם את עצמן בתחום התעשייה בישראל. זאת מנקודת מבט מגדרית, המתייחסת לקשיים בהן נתקלו מעצם היותן נשים והסטריאוטיפים החברתיים בהן נתקלו באשר למקום האישה במרחב התעסוקתי קרייריסטי. שמגר אמרה בתחילת הפאנל, כי "יש לפעול לקידום שוויון מגדרי בשוק העבודה בישראל, ואם אנו הנשים לא נקדם את עצמנו, אף אחד לא יעשה זאת במקומנו".

בצל אירועי המשט לעזה, הושק בטקס חגיגי בירושלים פרויקט ה- Twinnig המשותף לאיחוד האירופי ולנציבות שוויון הזדמנויות בעבודה במשרד התמ"ת. האירוע התקיים במעמד שר התמ"ת, בנימין (פואד) בן אליעזר, סגניתו ח"כ אורית נוקד; נציבת שוויון הזדמנויות בעבודה, עו"ד ציונה קניג-יאיר; נשיא התאחדות התעשיינים, שרגא ברוש; ראש משלחת האיחוד האירופאי בישראל, אנדרו סטאנדלי; יו"ר נציבות שוויון צפון אירלנד, אווילין קולינס; יו"ר הועדה המייעצת לנציבות שוויון הזדמנויות בעבודה, פרופ' פרנסיס רדאי וכן במעמד גורמים בכירים אחרים מהאיחוד האירופי, המגזר הציבורי והפרטי בישראל ומהאיחוד האירופי
