שמונה חברי כנסת מסיעות האופוזיציה פנו היום במכתב ליו"ר הכנסת בבקשה שלא להעלות בהליך חקיקה מזורז את הצעת חוק ניירות ערך (תיקון מספר 60) העוסקת בשינוי מבנה הבורסה.

התנועה לאיכות השלטון פנתה היום (ג') לח"כ משה גפני, יו"ר ועדת הכספים בקריאה לשינוי מועד הדיון בהצעת החוק לשינוי מבנה הבורסה: "קביעת הדיון בהצעה ליום חמישי (בו רבים מחברי הוועדה אינם נוכחים) וקידומה במסלול מהיר לא יאפשרו לקיים את הדיון המעמיק ההכרחי הנדרש בסעיפיה, והלכה למעשה יאפשרו לרשות המבצעת – אשר כתבה את הצעת החוק – לחוקק לעצמה חוק בעל השלכות דרמטיות, ללא מעורבות מספקת וביקורת הכרחית של הרשות המחוקקת, ובלא שהאינטרס הציבורי נשמר.

בניגוד להצהרותיו של שר האוצר משה כחלון, אשר התחייב לקדם רפורמות באמצעותן יוקר המחיה ירד, מתפרסם תזכיר חוק לשינוי מבנה הבורסה לניירות ערך בתל-אביב אשר מנוגד להצהרות אלו. החוק המוצע מתיימר לקדם את הבורסה – בסיס הכלכלה הישראלית, אולם בפועל החוק המוצע יוצר מונופול אנכי בבורסה, לא מקדם תחרות ועל כן לא יוביל להורדת מחירי העמלות הנגבות על ידי הבנקים. התנועה לאיכות השלטון סבורה כי התזכיר פוגע במשק הישראלי, פגיעה שיהיה קשה מאוד לשנות בעתיד
